Dispatch times

Orders will usually be dispatched within five working days unless otherwise stated. If there is any significant delay, we will contact you using the details provided with your order.

Delivery area

We currently deliver to the United Kingdom. If you are unsure whether delivery is available for your location, please contact us before ordering. If you live in a CT, ME or TN postcode then free local delivery by a member of our staff will be available.

Packaging

Instruments are packed securely to help protect them in transit. Please inspect the parcel promptly on arrival and let us know as soon as possible if there appears to be any problem.

Problems on arrival

If an item arrives damaged, incomplete, or not as expected, please contact us promptly so that we can investigate and work toward a solution.
