Cancelling a rental

If you wish to cancel your rental, please follow the notice process set out for the relevant product or in the site terms. We recommend getting in touch in writing so that there is a clear record of your request.

Returning the instrument

Returned items should be packed carefully and sent back in line with the instructions provided. Customers are responsible for taking reasonable care of the instrument while it is in their possession.

Condition on return

Please return the instrument and any included items in a reasonable condition, allowing for fair wear from normal use. If anything is missing or damaged, we may need to assess the situation under the terms of the rental agreement.

When payments stop

The exact point at which payments end should be defined in your rental terms and made clear on the site. Insert the confirmed wording here once finalised.
